• Free Bet: Winnings from free bets cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Cashback: Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses and carries a 1x wagering requirement.

• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Placing automated bets using software or bots
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Unauthorized access to another user's account

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing your account.

We may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a violation of these terms and conditions is found
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account
• If KYC verification is not completed
• After a prolonged period of inactivity (over 12 months)
